SUP CHALLENGES

Are a way to get the most out of your SUPing experience. Suitable for the absolute beginner to the advanced paddler, 15 yrs and above.

Step out of the gym, ditch those running shoes, get off ya bike and mix up your training regime to feel the benefits of SUP training.  Join other like minded thrill seekers and learn as much as you can about this ever popular sport with weeks of fun drills, hard workouts and skills training.  You don’t need any prior experience to jump ‘on board’ thats all part of the challenge.  By the end of your journey you will be amazed at what you have achieved.  The final Challenge may vary from challenge to challenge, but there is no variances in the awesomeness of the adventure you are about to sign up for.  Here’s a peak at our next challenge.

6 Week ‘SUP into Autumn’ Challenge

  • 6 weeks of fun SUP training starts the week of  Monday 25th  February 2019
  • Our final Challenge day is Saturday 6th April (make yourself available)
  • 4 Learn to SUP sessions included in the first training week (come to as many as you like)
  • 3 training sessions  per week available (come to as many as you can)
  • Final challenge is the choice of a 10km or 15km paddle at your own pace and ability
  • Bookings open now, until Sunday 3rd March unless filled prior.
