Booking Terms and Conditions, 4-Wheel Drive Experience
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Stillwater via confirmation email or phone. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received. You must first select the group base rate for 1 or 2 passengers before adding any additional passengers.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made online via credit card or bank transfer.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booked tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date will not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise agreed at the discretion of Stillwater. If Stillwater cancels the tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduled tour date will be offered.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the booked tour date will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests within 7 days of the tour date are subject to approval and may incur additional fees.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants arrange travel insurance that covers cancellations, particularly for cancellations made at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness or travel disruptions. Stillwater is not liable for any costs incurred due to changes or cancellations, including travel expenses.
6. Weather and Conditions
Tours are conducted in varying weather and terrain conditions. If the conditions are deemed unsafe, Stillwater reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. Participants should be prepared for changing conditions and follow the instructions of the guide at all times.
7. Liability and Safety
Participation in the 4-wheel drive tour involves inherent risks, and participants agree to assume all risks associated with the activity. Stillwater will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by negligence. All participants are required to adhere to safety guidelines and the instructions of the tour guide.
8. Conduct and Behaviour
Participants must follow all instructions given by the guide. Any disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behaviour may result in the immediate termination of the tour without refund.
9. Changes to Terms
Stillwater reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings unless required by law.

Customer service is important to us. We want your online payment experience to be fast, friendly and most importantly secure. Our online payment system is powered by Square, integrated with Rezdy software.

Stillwater is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We use this information to identify your orders, and to provide you with further information about your Tour or Gift Vouchers purchased.
Our website may use third party providers to process your personal information on our behalf. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email such as:
- Mail Chimp – To collect your email address for the purpose of newsletter correspondence only.
- Rezdy – To collect data required for your booking to be received and approved, and any correspondence related to your booking and or gift vouchers purchased.
- Facebook – We collect data from our FB pixel.
- Google analytics – We collect data for user interaction’s.
- Trip Adviser – To obtain post visit reviews about your experience.
Stillwater may use cookies to allow you to login, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Australia only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
