HLTAID009 | Provide Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation | STANDARD & EXPRESS

$60 – This is a 2 hour face to face session with a small pre-study component. Participants must have the capacity to perform CPR on the floor to successfully complete the course. This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and includes AED (defibrillator) training.

*this training is renewable annually.

HLTAID010 | Provide Basic Emergency Life Support STANDARD

$120 – Provide Basic Emergency Life Support course is a 4hr practical course with a small pre-study component. Our Basic Emergency Life Support course satisfies 2 competency units from the Health Training Package: HLTAID010: Provide Basic Emergency Life Support HLTAID009: Provide CPR and includes bleeding control, allergy and anaphylaxis, stroke, shock, heart conditions & choking. This training is renewable every three years.

*please note: the CPR component of this course is valid for 12 months and should be updated annually

HLTAID011 | Provide First Aid STANDARD

$160 – Includes Provide Basic Emergency Life Support HLTAID010 & Provide CPR HLTAID009 combined. This is a flexible delivery course which consists of a pre-study component which is required to be completed before the day. Followed by 5-6 hours face to face practical class time. . This course provides the participants with the skills and knowledge required to recognised and respond to life-threatening emergencies, including managing the unconscious casualty, performing CPR, controlling bleeding and managing other life threatening situations in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines. This unit is the minimum requirement for First Aiders in the workplace and is renewable every 3 years.

HLTAID012 | Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting STANDARD

$185 – Our Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting course is flexible delivery and comprises a pre-study component followed by a 5-6hours in-class practical course. HLTAID012 is relevant for all staff employed in the childcare and education sector and provides the necessary skills required to provide a first aid response to infants, children as well as adults. Our Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting course satisfies 4 competency units from the Health Training Package (HLT07): HLTAID012: Provide first aid in an education and care setting – HLTAID011: Provide First Aid, HLTAID010: Basic Emergency Life Support & HLTAID009: Provide CPR. This course is renewable every 3 years.

HLTAID015 | Provide Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy STANDARD

$190 – Face to Face only. Students completing this course will gain the skills and knowledge required to use specialised equipment in the provision of resuscitation and oxygen therapy in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines. The unit applies to persons who may be required to use specialised equipment to provide resuscitation or oxygen therapy in a range of complex situations, including community and workplace settings. The course duration ranges from 4-6hrs depending on group size and previous experience, and includes Provide CPR HLTAID009. Student are required to hold an in date statement of attainment for HLTAID011 prior to attending this course.
