Student Booking Information

STUDENT BOOKING INFORMATION : Find out all you need to know about booking into one of our ‘Nationally Recognised’ First Aid Courses

How do I find information about which course I need:

Using the drop down menu on our ‘First Aid Training – Limestone Coast’ tab on our main page, choose between Courses and Express Courses. Both have details about courses offered, pricing and any course enrolment conditions relevant. Our booking page with dates and times also has an ‘info tab’ for you to view the full course name and location details.

What do in need to register into a course:

When you hit the book tab on our calendar for the course of choice, you will be asked the following: Name – DOB – Mobile Phone – Email address – and to create a password. You will be directed to your online learning page where you will complete the registration process in your own time and complete the online learning pre-study. You will also be sent an email with your registration details and access to the portal to complete his process also.

Why do I need a USI:

A USI is your individual education number for life. It also provides you with an online record of all your vocational education and training (VET) undertaken in Australia. If you’re at university, TAFE or doing other nationally recognised training, you need a USI. Without one, you can not be issued your qualification or statement of attainment. If you don’t already have one or have forgotten it, head here to obtain one or find an existing one. You will need three forms of identification to complete the process which takes approximately 5 minutes.

How do I book into a course:

  • There are BOOKING tabs on all dedicated First Aid Training pages to our course calendar and booking page.
  • Click on the course book tab you require, and follow the prompts.

What do I receive once I’ve booked into my course:

You will receive an instant email notification of your booking registration, confirming all your details and the course date. Once you have logged in and made your own personal account you can access all your information any time. You can also pay directly here via credit card or request access your invoice to pay direct deposit or create an invoice to be sent to your employer. Your online learning is also accessible here. You must complete all requirements in you portal to receive your ‘Statement of Attainment’.

PLEASE NOTE: if you do not receive any emails contact us immediately to rectify the problem, sometimes it’s as simple as checking junk mail boxes, or incorrect email addresses entered. We can also reset your login details if you have forgotten them.

Do I need to pay before my course date:

Yes we prefer you pay prior to the date of your course. This secures your registration. No ‘Statement of Attainments’ your offical certificate of completion are issued unless payment is received. You have three options.

1. Pay online via credit card 2. Bank direct deposit 3. Employer pays

If you choose the ‘Bank Deposit’ option your invoice will have our banking and reference details for you to view. This needs to be paid before the day of the class.

If your Organisation is Paying, fill out the employer details and the invoice will be sent to your employer, please ensure this is paid prior to the course date to ensure your spot is secure.

*Payment over the phone or on the day via credit card will incur a processing fee.
